i am so happy with these charms! bought a blue opal for my husband, a moonstone for my first child, and a blue opal for my second child. they look so lovely all together on the chain. dainty but still very eye catching, in the best way. glad i went for it and tried out little sky stone. i also had to make an exchange at one point, and the process was very quick and seamless. will definitely be exploring this shop again for future jewelry purchases.

Easy website and arrived next day which was so unexpected! I had a necklace with all of the grandkids birthstones delivered to my moms house for her birthday, let her know her gift would be arriving but after her birthday because i ordered it 2 days before..... ops and it arrived less than 24 hours after i ordered and before her birthday so she got to wear it to her party to show off to all of her friends! I am a bad aunt and got one of my nephews birthstones wrong, only by a month.. lol and the return/exchange was a breeze! I just had to pay $17 for a shipping label and a pick up from my moms house, which i had no problem with as it was my fault. I would recommend to everyone. We typically fulfill within 1-2 business days ( Monday - Friday) and it takes 5-7 business days to deliver with the Standard shipping and 2-4 business days to deliver with Expedited shipping.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Little Sky Stone.

Return of Impacted Product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing.
If the item is in stock, and your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
No Refunds or Exchanges: refunds will not be provided nor an exchange for a different item, size or material.
