Domestic Shipping will be sent with UPS or Fedex with tracking. Please allow 5-7 business days.

Expedited shipping takes 2-4 business days.

For non-personalized orders, we ship within 1-2 business days.

All personalized pieces are made to order by jewelry artisans and take time to produce. Production time is subject to change with high order volume. Our current production time is 2 weeks.

You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order leaves our studio.

Our system is unable to upgrade shipping speeds after an order has been placed.

You may reach out to our customer support team at info@littleskystone.com immediately, requesting to upgrade your shipping method, we will send you a separate email with the extra shipping fee. Once the balance is paid, we will ship out your order with the upgraded shipping method.

Yes, we do ship to PO Box addresses. Simply enter your PO Box in the shipping line when placing the order. 

We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or want a totally different item? Send it back and we'll send the new piece or offer store credit to use whenever!

Didn't absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back to us for a refund!

Please note: we're a small team and keep a close eye on returns. For non-insured orders. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee of the postage ( ranges from $3.5 to $5 depending on the location of the return ) , which will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you decide to return for store credit, the return shipping fee is waived.  For return orders over $500, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Return items MUST be shipped back within 14 days once return has been initiated, otherwise, the return shipping will be expired and LSS reserves the right to decline the return.

International Returns:

Customers will be responsible for the postage of international returns.

All returns must be:

• Unworn
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
• In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
• If it's a full return of the order, any Free/ Gifted Product must also be returned as well.

Last Chance products are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Mystery Gifts or Items cannot be returned. 

Pre-kitted bundles must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all the products in the bundle to receive a refund. 

Engraved and customized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned. 

Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of littleskystone.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of your order delivery date for any unworn pieces that are not final sale.

We do have holiday extended return window. For holiday return window, please check our specific return/exchange policy tab.

4. Determine which return outcome you’d like
5. Securely pack item(s) in a small box or padded mailer. If available, please use original packaging.
6. Attach your return label to the package and drop it off within 14 days to your nearest USPS location.

**Orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok Shop that are eligible for a return or exchange must be processed manually and cannot be submitted through our automated returns platform. We recommend that you clean your LSS pieces regularly using any jewelry cleaner solution. This gentle combination of liquid cleanser and polishing cloth is safe for daily use on ALL metal types.

1. Place one piece of jewelry at a time in the jewelry cleaner dip tray and lower it into the cleaning solution for up to two minutes.
2. Use the included cleansing brush to remove any buildup and reach small crevices.
3. Remove the dip tray from the container and rinse carefully with water. (Make sure your drain is closed prior to rinsing!)
4. Gently pat jewelry dry with a lint free cloth.
5. Once cleaned and dried, use the soft outer polishing cloth to restore shine.
6. Use the inner white cloth to remove tarnish or discoloration. (This step is recommended for use on metals only, not on precious stones or pearls.)

What is Gold Vermeil?

Gold Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a high-quality type of gold-plated jewelry made by layering a thick coat of gold—at least 2.5 microns—over a base of solid sterling silver. It offers the look of solid gold at a more accessible price point, with better durability than standard gold-plated jewelry.

Durability & Tarnish

Gold Vermeil is more durable than standard plating due to its thicker gold layer and sterling silver core. However, it can still wear down over time, especially with frequent exposure to water, sweat, or friction. It may tarnish or fade gradually, but proper care can extend its life and luster.

What is 14K Solid Gold?

14K Solid Gold is made of 58.3% pure gold mixed with alloy metals for added strength. Unlike gold-filled or plated jewelry, solid gold is gold through and through—making it a timeless, durable, and valuable option for everyday wear.

Durability & Tarnish

14K Solid Gold is more durable than 18K or 24K gold due to its higher alloy content, but it can still scratch with daily wear. It doesn't tarnish easily, but exposure to chemicals and buildup of oils or dirt can dull its shine over time.

• Wear with care: Solid gold is sturdy, but it's still best to remove jewelry before intense physical activities or using abrasive tools.

What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes due to exposure to air, moisture, and chemicals—even high-end pieces. Interestingly, wearing your jewelry often can help prevent tarnish, as natural skin oils provide a protective barrier.

Our 14K Gold-Plated Brass jewelry is crafted from a durable brass core and finished with a generous layer of real gold—thicker than standard gold plating, and the same thickness as our gold vermeil.
